Please read these terms carefully before requesting our mobile locksmith services. They explain what you can expect when we travel to your location.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a call-out from Lockwise Mobile Locksmiths, you agree to the terms outlined on this page. These terms govern the relationship between you (the client) and our business when providing on-site assistance.

We reserve the right to update these terms as our services evolve. The current version will always be available on this website.

2. Mobile Call-Out Services

Our primary service is traveling directly to your requested location to resolve lock, key, and security access issues. Upon your request, a technician will be dispatched to the address you provide.

We aim to arrive within the estimated timeframe discussed during your initial call. However, arrival times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or previous jobs taking longer than anticipated.

3. Proof of Ownership

For your security and the security of the property, our technicians require valid identification before opening any locked door or vehicle. You must provide reasonable proof that you have the authority to access the property or item in question.

If satisfactory proof cannot be provided, we reserve the right to refuse service. In such cases, a standard call-out fee may still apply for the technician's travel and time.

4. Pricing and Payment

We operate on a clear pricing structure. You will be quoted a call-out fee and an estimated cost of labor and parts before any work begins. If additional unexpected work is required once the technician is on-site, they will discuss the revised cost with you before proceeding.

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the work. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as cash, directly at your location.

5. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your request, please do so as quickly as possible. If our technician is already in transit to your location when the cancellation occurs, a standard cancellation fee may be charged to cover travel expenses.

6. Liability

We take extreme care when working on your property. However, in some situations where locks are severely damaged or malfunctioned, non-destructive entry may not be possible. The technician will inform you if a lock needs to be drilled or bypassed, which may result in the need for a replacement lock.

Lockwise Mobile Locksmiths is not liable for existing damage to doors, frames, or hardware that was present prior to our arrival.
